Detox isn’t something you do. It’s something your body does.

Detox… can we just talk about it for a second?

Because it’s everywhere at the moment. Detox your liver, detox your gut, do this cleanse, try this protocol. It can start to feel like your body is just constantly full of things that need clearing out

But here’s how we see it.

Your body isn’t sitting there waiting for a detox plan. It’s already doing it, all day, every day, without you having to think about it.

Your liver is processing, your kidneys are filtering, your gut is moving things through, your lymphatic system is quietly working away in the background. That is detox. It’s not something you switch on, it’s something that’s always happening when the body has the capacity.

And this is the bit that often gets missed. All of that takes energy.

A simple way to think about it is like your body running a constant cleaning service in the background. Things are being cleared, moved, broken down and taken out all the time. But if that system is running on low battery, it doesn’t stop completely, it just slows down. Things begin to sit a little longer than they should, and over time it can start to feel like everything is a bit stuck.

What we tend to see is that when people feel this, they go harder on detox. More supplements, more restriction, more focus on clearing everything out. But if the body doesn’t have the energy to actually process what’s being stirred up, it can end up creating more stress rather than less. It’s a bit like shaking a snow globe and expecting everything to settle straight away.

So instead of asking how we detox more, we start asking whether the body has the energy to do what it already knows how to do.

This is where we tend to start the work.

We’re not trying to force anything. We’re looking at whether the system can communicate properly, whether there is enough energy available, and whether there is flow. Bioresonance plays a role here by helping to reduce some of the background noise in the system, so signals become clearer and the body can organise itself again. A lot of people describe it as things just starting to move again without having to push.

And alongside that, the foundations still matter more than anything. Eating in a way that actually fuels you, supporting minerals, staying hydrated, getting light into your eyes during the day, and moving your body in a way that feels supportive rather than depleting. These are the things that create energy, and energy is what allows the body to clear, repair and regulate.

From there, if the body needs a bit more support, we might layer things in gently, including targeted supplements or support for specific pathways. But that always comes after we’ve made sure there’s enough energy and capacity to actually use them.

So when we talk about detox, we’re not really talking about something you need to do better. We’re talking about supporting your body so it has the capacity to do it for you, in the way it was always designed to
