Our events are created as supportive spaces - whether classes, workshops, or one-off gatherings to help you learn, evolve, and reconnect with your innate health. Each experience is designed to restore balance, inspire growth, and guide you gently back to yourself. We offer both in-person and online sessions, all held with care, presence, and purpose. In a world that is constantly telling us to do more for our wellbeing, take on more self care practices and try harder to feel better, we understand the need to actually do less. That to be 'well' doesn't need to mean pushing so hard but actually just being, scaling everything back and coming back to meeting our simple foundational needs. With this in mind, our meditation with breathwork classes are a time for you to just be. They are lead in a gentle style of guided meditation and guides visualisation with breath work woven into this state of rest. You are invited to engage as much or as little as you need, and above all to honour your body at all times. No cameras are needed, no interaction is necessary, this is a time for you to be led, guided and have space held for you, allowing your nervous system to gently regulate and your body to naturally enter into it's state of rest and healing
Every other week, join us for a gentle hour of meditation guided by the wonderful Louise Reader, grounded in the deeply restorative Realisation Process. These sessions create a calm, supportive space to land in your body, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease and presence. The Realisation Process is subtle yet powerful—perfect if you're feeling stretched, ungrounded, or simply in need of a quiet place to breathe and restore. Open to all levels, whether you're new to meditation or returning to it.
