Full moon and parasites
education blog
Parasites can live in harmony with us - but when our "terrain" becomes compromised by chronic stress, including the wrong metals, iron overload, poor nutrition, the wrong light life and other environmental toxins - parasites will take the opportunity to overgrow and overrun. This is when you start to get symptoms.

Higher Inflammation, bloating, itchy, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, cravings, joint / muscle pain are some of the symtoms of parasites especially if they are cyclically around the full moon – if this is the case it’s probably time to look into a solution to get rid of the critters.
Melatonin naturally drops during a full moon. Lowered melatonin means the immune system is more vulnerable. Parasites will take any opportunity to reproduce and the bodies lowered defence is the perfect time!
As melatonin drops, serotonin rises and receptors become more active. Some parasites also have serotonin receptors and Access to higher serotonin levels during full moon allows parasites to reproduce, communicate with each other and become more active during the night.
