What This Test Measures
This test measures IgG antibody reactions to 120 commonly consumed foods.
IgG antibodies are produced by the immune system in response to repeated exposure to certain foods. Elevated levels may suggest that the body is mounting an immune response when those foods are consumed.
Unlike immediate allergic reactions, which involve IgE antibodies, IgG responses are typically delayed. Symptoms may develop several hours or even days after eating the food, making patterns harder to identify without structured testing.
The expanded 120-food panel covers a wider range of everyday foods across dairy, grains, meats, fish, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits, herbs and additional commonly eaten ingredients. Results are graded to indicate the relative strength of immune reactivity.
This test does not diagnose food allergies. It provides data that may help guide dietary adjustments where appropriate.

At Inna, we don’t believe in unnecessarily restricting foods or creating fear around eating.
However, in some individuals, repeated exposure to certain foods can create low-grade immune activation. Over time, this may contribute to symptoms such as bloating, skin changes, sinus congestion, joint discomfort, headaches, fatigue or brain fog.
The 120+ panel is helpful when symptoms feel more complex or longstanding, or when previous smaller panels have not provided enough clarity. It allows for a broader overview of potential immune reactivity without guesswork.

It may also be appropriate if symptoms feel widespread, difficult to pinpoint, or have persisted despite previous dietary changes.
It is not suitable for diagnosing acute food allergies or anaphylaxis. If you suspect a severe food allergy, medical assessment is required.
Test Details
This is a finger-prick blood test completed at home using the kit provided. Clear instructions are included.
The sample is returned to the laboratory using the prepaid packaging supplied.
Turnaround time is typically three to five working days from the laboratory receiving the sample.
