Spring is here… and your body feels it
education blog
There is something about this time of year that feels different. The light begins to shift, the days stretch out a little longer, and there is a quiet sense that something is beginning to change, and often, so does the body.

You may have noticed it already. A little more emotional than usual, energy that feels inconsistent, changes in the skin or digestion, or even old symptoms resurfacing. For some, it shows up as what people often call a “spring flu.” It can feel confusing, especially when this is the time of year we expect to feel better, lighter, and more energised. But from a deeper perspective, this is not random. This is spring doing what spring does.
The body mirrors nature more than we realise. Through winter, everything contracts. Energy is drawn inward, the body conserves, and we naturally slow down, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. Spring brings the opposite energy. It is a season of expansion, movement, circulation and release.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is associated with the liver and gallbladder, systems that are deeply connected to flow, detoxification and emotional movement. As the external environment begins to shift, the body follows. It starts to move stagnation, clear what has accumulated over winter, and metabolic activity naturally begins to increase as circulation and energy pick up. As this internal shift unfolds, we feel it.
This is why symptoms can sometimes increase at this time of year. It is important to understand that this does not necessarily mean something is going wrong. Often, it is a sign that the body is trying to clear, rebalance and reset. However, if the body is already under load, whether that is nutritional, emotional, environmental or energetic, this natural “spring clean” can feel overwhelming rather than supportive.
Instead of a smooth transition into more energy, it may look like fatigue, breakouts, anxiety or digestive discomfort. Not because the body is failing, but because it is being asked to process more than it currently has the capacity for. In these moments, the body is not asking to be pushed harder. It is asking to be supported as it moves what is already ready to shift.
We are often conditioned to see January as the time for a reset, but biologically it rarely aligns. Spring is when the body is truly ready. As light increases, it directly impacts mitochondrial function and hormone signalling. Circadian rhythms begin to recalibrate, metabolism starts to rise, and the body becomes far more receptive to change. This is why so many ancient systems recognise spring as the true beginning of the year. It is not a forced reset, but a natural one.
We see this pattern year after year. and what we often reflect back to clients is that this is not a setback, it is movement. The body is trying to move forward.
Bioresonance supports this process by helping to reduce the background “noise” within the system. It supports detoxification and drainage pathways, helps the body process what it has been holding onto, and gently brings the system back into a more regulated state. Instead of the body struggling through this seasonal shift, it allows the process to unfold with more ease, clarity and energy.
A seasonal reset, the Inna way, is not about restriction or forcing change. It is about working with the body’s natural rhythm, listening to what is coming up, and creating space for release without overwhelm.
A Spring Energetic Check-Up can offer insight into where your system may be under load, what your body is prioritising right now, and how best to support this next phase. It can be done in person or remotely, making it accessible wherever you are.
Spring is not about becoming someone new. It is about clearing what you are no longer meant to carry, so that what is already within you can come through more fully. If you have been feeling the shift, this is not something to resist. It is something to gently lean into.

What Your Ferritin Blood Test Might Not Be Telling You
Iron deficiency is one of the most common explanations given when someone feels exhausted, struggles with breathlessness, notices increased hair shedding, develops restless legs, or simply feels as though their energy has never quite returned after an illness or period of stress.

Why Your Body Deserves an Annual Health MOT
The body is always communicating. The question is whether we’re listening. Discover why preventative health isn’t about looking for problems, but about staying connected to your body and understanding its quieter signals before they become louder ones.
