A portable bioresonance device with a huge library of frequency complexes for everything from colds, exhaustion and sleep to menopause, hormones, digestion and much more.
If you already know us at Inna, you’ll know we’ve worked with bioresonance and frequency therapies for many years, and this is one of the home devices we genuinely rate.
I actually have the older version of the ATOM and still use mine regularly. It tends to come out when I feel a cold coming, I’m exhausted, I’ve got a headache, something feels off, or I just know my body needs a bit of support.
For me, it’s become a bit like a frequency version of the medicine cabinet. Rather than immediately reaching for something every time a minor or acute thing crops up, I’ll often see what programme is on the ATOM first and give my body a little support that way.
And yes… we’ve genuinely seen it help people.
What can you use it for?
This is probably the part that isn’t explained particularly well when people first look at the device.
The ATOM contains a very large library of frequency complexes, covering both everyday acute things and longer-term areas of support.
The manual includes programmes for areas such as:
colds and cold prevention
congestion, cough and fever
influenza
stomach flu
exhaustion and energy
sleep and insomnia
stress and nervous-system support
menopause
hormonal balance
PMS and painful menstrual cycles
digestion and gut support
thyroid support
lymph drainage
sinuses, throat and ENT support
pain and spinal support
general wellbeing and recovery
…and that’s only a small selection.
There are well over 100 different complexes in the device, so it’s something you can use again and again rather than buying it for one particular problem.
What is a frequency complex?
This is an important distinction. When you choose something like Menopause, Cold Prevention or Sleep, the ATOM isn’t simply sending out one frequency.
Each complex contains a whole sequence of frequencies that the device works through during the programme, chosen around that particular area.
So rather than you needing to know which individual frequency to use, the work has already been done for you and packaged into the relevant complex.
That is probably one of the biggest reasons we like the ATOM, because you don’t need to be a bioresonance practitioner or understand frequency libraries to actually use it.
You simply look for the area you want to support, choose the complex and let it run.
Why we like it
The biggest thing for me is that it’s useful in real life.
If I feel like I’m coming down with something, I can put a programme on. If I’ve had a really full-on week and feel exhausted, there’s a programme for that. If hormones are all over the place, there are complexes around menopause, hormonal balance and menstrual health.
It means frequency therapy isn’t something you only have access to when you come into clinic. You can have a little device at home and reach for it when you need it.
It’s also portable, so you can wear it or have it close to you while you’re working, relaxing, travelling or sleeping, depending on the programme you are using.
So what actually is bioresonance?
At its simplest, bioresonance works with frequency information rather than chemicals.
The body already communicates electrically and electromagnetically as well as chemically, and bioresonance works on the principle that carefully selected frequency information can be used to support the body’s own regulation.
The ATOM takes that idea and puts it into a small portable device.
Rather than needing a large clinic machine, the frequency complexes are already programmed into the ATOM and delivered through its built-in antenna system.
How easy is it to use?
Very! You select the complex you want, start the programme and then wear the device or keep it close to you while it runs.
Different complexes run for different lengths of time, because each one contains a different sequence of frequencies.
There’s no need for Wi-Fi or Bluetooth while you’re using it, and you don’t need to keep your phone connected to it.
All of the complexes are already built into the device too, so you’re not constantly being asked to buy extra programme packs.
ATOM at a glance
The ATOM is a small rechargeable touchscreen frequency device containing more than 1,000 individual programmes organised within its frequency complexes.
It uses three internal Omni antennas, doesn’t require Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or a phone connection during use, and has approximately 10–18 hours of battery life depending on the mode being used.
It weighs around 130g and is small enough to wear or carry around with you.

Bioresonance: Balance, Not Battle
One of the ideas that has shaped the way we understand health is that the presence of a microbe does not automatically make that microbe the problem.
The human body is home to trillions of bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microorganisms, with microbial cells thought to exist in numbers broadly comparable to our own human cells. Many of them are useful and necessary, helping us digest food, produce vitamins and metabolites, regulate immune activity, process hormones and communicate with the nervous system.

Portable frequency support for those times when you feel run down, stressed, out of balance… or just want a little extra support.
The ATOM is a small wearable frequency device designed to bring frequency-based support into everyday life, without needing a complicated set up or lots of technical knowledge to use it.

Grains: Are They Really the Best Source of Carbohydrate?
For decades, grains have occupied an almost unquestioned position in nutrition. Bread, cereal, oats, pasta and whole grains are routinely described as the foundation of a healthy diet, and when someone removes them, one of the first questions is often, but where will you get your carbohydrates?
